Reklamebeskyttelse
Companies with reklamebeskyttelse are excluded at the database level by a row-level security policy. The application cannot read them, so they never appear in lists, searches or exports.Enforced by: Database row-level security policy
Manual-send requirement
Pamatek OS does not send outreach automatically. Drafts are copied and sent by a person from their own account, and each use is logged.Enforced by: Application design — no send capability exists
Mailbox read-only
The Outlook integration asks Microsoft for read permission only (Mail.Read). No send permission exists in the app registration and no code path can send, reply or forward.Enforced by: Application design — no send capability exists
Data sources
CVR, FirmaAPI and company websites. Public registry and company-published information only.
Outreach policy
Business-to-business outreach to companies without reklamebeskyttelse, sent manually by a named person.
Mailbox data
Only messages to or from known contacts and companies are kept, as metadata and a short text preview. Full bodies, attachments, newsletters, internal mail and system messages are never stored. Disconnecting deletes the stored mailbox data.
GDPR
Lawful basis, data-subject requests and contact-data handling are not documented in the workspace yet.
Data retention
No retention period is configured. Records are kept until deleted.
Processing records
A record of processing activities has not been attached to the workspace.
Privacy policy
No privacy policy is linked from the workspace.
